- Applications for the position of Management Trainee Engineer Corporate IT
- Responsibilities
- Develop information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definitions, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Investigates problem areas.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, tables, code comments, and clear code.
- Prepares and installs solutions by establishing and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Improves workflows by conducting system analysis and recommending changes to policies and procedures.
- Procures and certifies software by obtaining required information from vendors, making purchase recommendations, and testing and approving products.
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues.
- Performs engineering and organizational duties by achieving appropriate results as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech
- Ability to think logically
- Proficiency with computers OS & software
- Design of flowcharts and decision trees
- Algorithms
- Self-starter and team player
- Analytical thinker and innovative
- Attention to detail and desire to delve further into data
- Quick thinking and willingness to learn new technologies
