Responsibilities:
- Genpact- Ensure successful execution of PMO strategy, responsibilities, services and results, operations, CAB & ACCB.
- Monitor program reports and assist the team in reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide and support program capacity plans and resource tracking services
- Update and follow Risk Log, Action Log, Decision Log and Issue List
- Coordinate project closure to ensure that good practices are disseminated and lessons learned are recorded.
- Create cohesion in the team and motivate the team to produce quality work.
- Define and implement project controls and management
- Provide project planning, project management, scope management
- Change management in the project portfolio
- Prepare regular status reports for relationship management
Qualifications:
- Create and maintain project and program plans, including risks, activities, issues, dependencies
- High efficiency in resource planning and task assignment
- Mapping benefits and dependencies, risk management and resource planning
- Very proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for reports and presentations
- Experience in defining and delivering benefits for projects and programs
- Ability to communicate and communicate at all levels of the organization
- Communication skills, for example.
