Job Description:
Key Accountabilities:
- The incumbent will need to work very closely with the function to implement relevant HR strategies
- Promote employee engagement programs and HR best practices
- Responsible for the execution of performance management and as well as employee engagement initiatives
- Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues
- Support annual compensation activities to ensure consistent and as well as fair decisions are made for promotions, bonuses and salary increases
- Drive best practices and as well as improvements in internal processes and systems
- Moreover, Assist in the execution of strategic projects
- Expected to keep your finger on the pulse of the business through interaction with employees
- Proactively communicate policies and as well as procedures to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- High tolerance for ambiguity; fast pace/high energy
- Strong drive and also work ethic
- Good working knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, strategies and subsystems
- A high level of analytical/logical skills and as well as a solutionoriented approach
- High level of persuasiveness that helps to achieve closings
- Strong written, verbal and as well as presentation skills
- Flair for dealing with people and as well as building relationships, as well as the ability to work in diverse teams
- Ability to deal confidently with senior executives.
Requirements:
- An MBA degree from a leading institute is an advantage
- Ability to navigate an unstructured environment and work independently
- Ability to manage multiple complex problems and prioritize projects simultaneously
- To work at all levels of the HR “stack” – strategic, operational and tactical.
