Applications for the position Management Trainee-Manual QA Tester
We are looking for a QA Tester for the ERP area (HRMS, Fusion, FMRE, Wheels, RPA). The role involves advocating for quality and testing and resolving issues that hinder the testing effort.
Responsibilities:
- QA Engineer with experience in manual and automated testing of mobile and web applications using industry standard tools.
- Responsible for detailed understanding of requirements, workflows and analysis, test case preparation and maintenance.
- Creation of automation test frameworks and scripts for test automation projects.
- Responsible for preparing automated/manual test suites, preparing test procedures and executing tests.
- Should have experience in testing ERP and web based applications.
- Excellent customer interaction and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Qualifications we are looking for in you!
Minimum qualifications - College degree/post-graduate degree
- Completed technical degree (any field of study)
- Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS, PL /SQL, integrations, APIs, user hooks, quick formulas.
- Excellent customer interaction and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Preferred Qualifications College degree/post-graduate degree in electrical/electronic/computer engineering
