Responsibilities:
- You will be the driving force in the successful recruitment of candidates, covering our clients’ staffing needs from start to finish.
- Efficiently source and screen candidates to fill positions as part of the talent acquisition process.
- Exceptional candidate handling, processes and communications (pre and post hire)
- Utilize a variety of job boards, social media, referrals, and other necessary sources as sourcing methods
- Contacting applicants and/or clients via the internet, phone and in person, completing work in a professional and timely manner
- Knowledge of staffing and scheduling
- Organizing and coordinating workload of clinic staff, clients, and internal employees
- Collaborate with team and provide support as needed
- Must be willing to assist with other office duties as needed and also be a team player
- Willing to work hard and go the extra mile to achieve assigned goals with a positive attitude
- Other duties as assigned by the executive team
Professional Qualifications:
- Must have solid experience recruiting for hospitals and long-term care facilities in an agency setting
- Identify, source, and recruit qualified staff for various levels of healthcare – from staff to management level
- Experience with staffing CNAs, CMAs, LPNs, and RNs, as well as other healthcare positions
- Recruitment of non-clinical and clinical professionals, e.g., nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, etc.).
- In addition to sourcing and hiring, the healthcare recruiter is also responsible for assisting with interview coordination, onboarding, and other HR functions.
- Prior experience in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring active and passive candidates or in other related fields utilizing job boards, referral sources, and extensive general knowledge of nursing, healthcare, credentialing, interviewing, and recruiting in all phases
- Excellent, professional communication (verbal and written) and also interpersonal skills
- Reasonable computer skills; experience working with MSP is a plus
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Must be a results-oriented self-starter who is able to meet deadlines
- Experience with MSPs and also ATSs preferred
- Experience with job boards and related searches in, but not limited to: Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
