Job Description:
Erekrut is looking for a skillful Human Resource Intern with excellent communication skills to perform
various administrative tasks and as well as support our HR department’s daily activities for a 1 month online virtual unpaid internship.
Responsibilities:
● Update the job ads on various Job portals
● Sourcing of candidates (Freshers & Experienced)
● Promote jobs listed on Erekrut website i.e. https://erekrut.panaceaebizz.com/
● Assist the candidates to apply for jobs
● Select productive Interns and as well as get involved in their training & development
Requirements & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or also studying toward a degree in human
resource management or as well as related field. ( 1& 2 year students can also apply) (B.COM/BBA)
● Moreover, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
● Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
● Good time management skills.
● Lastly, Ability to work independently.
