Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Develops PowerBI reports and dashboards according to business requirements
2. Works closely with product owners and business analysts to create visualization designs.
3. Researches new PowerBI features and recommends use of these features for a better user experience.
4. Works closely with Data Engineers to understand the base data model and provides feedback to update the data model for efficient reporting
5. Continually monitors PBI performance and introduces measures to improve performance.
6. Expands knowledge of Data Engineering and Data Science concepts to fully understand the solution and constraints.
7. Works on the principle of reduce, reuse and recycle to achieve leaner and more efficient reporting.
8. Analyzes data quality and implements data quality improvements.
9. Identifies opportunities for automation in each of the processes (either partial or full automation) and executes with coding knowledge.
10. Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Skills Requirements:

• Mastery of PowerBI report development
• PowerBI certification and as well as hands-on experience in PBI development.
• Strong understanding of UI /UX concepts to improve user experience.
• Strong sense of creativity and understanding of design concepts – fonts, colors, usability, etc.
• Moreover, Strong communication and as well as problem solving skills
• Familiarity with machine learning and ETL tools
• A valuable team player who is committed to contributing to the organization’s desired outcomes
