- Our Enterprise Apps & SaaS Group works on the latest and emerging Enterprise Applications such as Oracle to enable the ERP and Business transformations for our clients.
- We look for candidates who are well versed in the Enterprise Application skills
- And can demonstrate a higher knowledge in Oracle JD Edwards CNC Customer Service Technology to solve real world problems and maximise value of the product for our clients.
- The Technical Consultant is an experienced multi-skilled professional, with hands on experience in JD Edwards System Administration experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- He/she is a member of the management management team/great team player who acts as a consultant to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Support of ERP JD Edwards technical foundation
- Provide day to day remote support to multiple client end-users, Application Programmers and Business Analysts in a shared services model
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, system automation and performance optimization
- Assist with occasional upgrades, as well as frequently participate in projects like web server installations, ESU fix current projects, patching, tools release upgrade, and other tasks
- Provide pro-active support to customers when support tickets are entered
- Moreover Lead regular customer calls, including providing follow up documentation and meeting minutes
Must have Skills and Qualifications
Experience- 6 to 9 years
- CNC consultants with 7 to 10 years of JD Edwards CNC experience
- System Administration experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (package builds, security administration, OMW, etc.), versions 8.X-9.2, on Windows, Unix, Linux, or AS/400 operating systems
- Strong experience with emerging JDE technologies such as Orchestrator, UX One, AIS, Business Services (BSSV) and ADF
- In addition to, Configuration, installation & upgrade experience with Websphere or WebLogic servers
- Further Understanding and general skills in the structured query language (SQL)
- Administration experience with relational databases a plus – SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, etc.
- Additional Operating System skills a plus – iSeries, Windows or Linux including some exposure to scripting
Skills:
- Exposure to JDE security tools like AOS as well as Q-Soft required
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms – OCI, AWS, Azure
- Independent research and analysis skills, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Similarly Work as an effective team member in support of the team’s goals
- Lastly, PL/SQL
