Job Description –

Brief Details of profile –

1. We are looking for new/junior developers with a passion for scripting and programming.
2. In addition acquainted with scripting/programming skills during an academic project or internship.
3. ITSM, JIRA system training and Service-Now certification will be provided too.

Responsibilities –

1. Understand the needs of your operating business as well as translate them into technical requirements too.
2. Responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between the Service-Now platform and external systems is equally important.
3. Responsible for workflow and application development on the Service-Now platform that supports business process optimization and automation too.
4. Similarly Support for post-implementation tasks including troubleshooting, management, patching and updates are also equally important.

Job Requirements –

1. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
2. Should have 6 months – 2 years of experience in scripting/ programming in any ITSM tools too.
3. Should have strong interest in scripting/ programming using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery or Angular JS equally important.
4. In addition you should have strong analytical /problem solving skills.
5. Good communication skills with strong people skills as well as Comfortable working with geographically dispersed offshore and cross-functional teams too.
6. Proactive attitude, willing to take up challenges to learn new systems and processes also.
7. In addition Certification in any ITSM/Service-Now will be a plus too.
8. Know of Agile sprint method will be a plus too.
9. Lastly Must be a Singaporean citizen due to G50 security clearance requirements by the client equally important.
