Position Summary
Analytics – Social Media – Support Services Deloitte India Private Limited
The team consists of professionals focused on market and competitiveness, leadership thinking, solution development, knowledge management, strategic planning and commercialization to produce high value propositions that deliver maximum returns for customers and organizations.
Professionals work closely with onshore partners to influence overall organizational strategy in addition to supporting client relationship building efforts and setting business development priorities. The team plays an important role in communicating and commercializing the organization’s vision to the world.
What are you going to do
As part of the team you will be responsible for:
- deep knowledge and understanding of social media channels, their audiences, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Manage and contribute to the social media content calendar.
- Social monitoring, reporting and publishing content / scheduling social media channels through social media management tools.
- Edit social media posts for the campaign in line with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
- Real-time monitoring of brand safety and risk flagging from social channels.
- Track social media KPIs and metrics, suggest room for optimization and improved performance
- Help with paid social media strategy and implementation on LinkedIn and Facebook, with the ability to work with paid search campaigns
- Be aware of changes in all relevant social media applications.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to keep up with new trends, viral posts and upcoming social media platforms
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly web analytics and report social media statistics, build dashboards and ad analysis
- Gain insights from web and social media statistics and develop customer offers
- Analyze social media campaigns in Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics to collect visitor data and identify areas for campaign effectiveness and social media campaign improvement.
- Working closely with the analytics team and stakeholders to provide effective insights and storytelling
- Proficiency and aptitude in testing
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and skills to keep up with new trends, viral posts and upcoming social media platforms
- Social media support and analytics, leading in setting the annual roadmap / priorities and delivering the same
- Liaising with clients in projects such as campaign planning and reporting
- very strong attention to detail
- Manage the project to meet the agreed time to meet the needs of stakeholders – efficient work flow requirements
Job location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 am to 8 pm
The Team
The C&I team in Hyderabad supports Deloitte in a variety of capacities, including financial reporting, HR and financial process processing, administrative and support services, marketing and IT services.
Qualifications required:
Post Graduate / Post Graduate Degree / MBA
- 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in web and social media analytics and statistics, content management / knowledge management, professional service organization
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr / any other social media management tools
- Ability to work across cultures and virtual environments
- MS Office, especially MS Word and PowerPoint; Proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage
- Digital campaign management skills/knowledge will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate analytical skills and good communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word and PowerPoint, intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
- Effectively use internal social media and collaboration tools to connect content to people
- Ability to meet and meet deadlines quickly, act with a sense of urgency
- Good customer management and relationship building skills
- good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of brand guidelines standards and content
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
