Work you’ll do
Deloitte associate analysts must develop strong technical skills in the system/technical area in which you work. As part of the program onboarding process, you will receive training/awareness focused on developing expertise in your role.
This includes the development of technical and behavioral skills according to defined professional levels (according to the expected framework), the understanding of company-specific tools and methodologies and the deliberate construction of communication excellence according to Deloitte standards.
• Work on projects of moderate complexity.
• Report common sources of technical issues or queries and make appropriate recommendations.
• Communicate key findings to project team leader and extended project network (if applicable).
• Improvisation and follow-up – better delivering value to customers.
Qualifications required:
• BSc (any combination with computer science/IT/mathematics/statistics/electronics)
• BCA
