Position summary
Deloitte Digital Content Studio (DDSC), based in Bangalore and Chennai, India, provides high volume, high quality digital and print content to Deloitte clients worldwide. Our ad tech product, M/Suite, enables digital content creation for the technology platform, digital media, and brand commerce sectors.
DDSC is able to meet its clients’ marketing content production needs across all channels. DDCS provides imaging services, advertising production, 3D content, CGI and video production, delivering approximately 15,000 pieces of content daily.
Job Role:
As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing performance data against defined parameters. You will be involved in improving quality and streamlining work practices within the business to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze revisions received from publishers.
- Categorize and sub-categorize errors made by our artists.
- Identify the root cause of the problem!
- Participate in continuous review activities.
- Ensure quality assurance goals are met and achieved Responsible for timely completion of revision analysis and other reports Responsible for developing corrective actions for identified root causes.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts.
- Good analytical skills and logical thinking
- Working knowledge of MS Office MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
