As an Executive Trafficker (m/f), you will be involved in the implementation and delivery of various digital advertising campaigns on thousands of websites worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up jobs on various ad servers according to the insertion order delivered by the client within defined SLAs. Responsible for quality assurance and producing error free work.
  • Quality check other traffickers’ campaigns to ensure all tags and trackers are placed correctly.
  • Provide pre-sales support with delivery and forecast information and answer technical questions.
  • Provide campaign screenshots and end-of-campaign reports with recommendations for future performance.
  • Carefully monitor campaigns and make necessary changes within agreed upon business rules to prevent under-delivery.
  • Test and also troubleshoot third-party ad tags and provide solutions to resolve discrepancies, if any.
  • Perform ad hoc campaign analysis to resolve issues/escalations raised by a customer

Desired Skills:

  • As the Ad Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the technical setup, management, maintenance and monitoring of campaigns as well as quality assurance.
  • The successful candidate will have experience uploading campaigns, monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, optimising and as well as analysing.
  • You must be able to produce error-free work and be willing to learn new platforms and products
  • Furthermore, Solid knowledge of ad serving technology.
  • Ability to proactively organize daily tasks and create own to-do list
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Lastly, Willingness to work ANZ shifts (3:00 am – 12:00 pm or 4:00 am – 1:00 pm).
