Business Technology Analyst – Global Employer Services Technology Center – B2B Assistant

Job Objectives:
This is an entry-level position and you will be responsible for providing Tier-2 support to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and work with Tier-1 support staff and resolve technical issues related to our program. Our program is used by Deloitte Global Employer Services member firms and clients, so successful candidates must have strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to complete projects on time in a dynamic team environment. Candidates will be trained on existing and next generation devices.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Enter contacts into the call tracking system and manage them to solve problems
