Job Description:
This is an entry-level position where you will be responsible for working with Tier 1 support staff to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and provide Tier 2 support to resolve technical issues related to our applications.
Our applications are used by Deloitte’s Global Employer Services member firms and clients, so the successful candidate should have strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to deliver projects on time in a dynamic team environment.
The candidate will receive training on existing and new tools.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with Tier 1 support staff to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and as well as provide Tier 2 support to resolve technical issues related to all GlobalAdvantage tools.
- Identify gaps and develop solutions to increase efficiency.
- Utilize applications such as MS Excel, MS Power Point to create metrics and as well as develop actionable recommendations
- Assist operations teams or management by collecting and as well as analyzing data and creating reports according to end user/customer team needs.
- Familiarization with some of the complex tasks within the scope of the job.
Key Skills:
- Mastery of MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Excellent written and as well as verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment where projects and deadlines often require multitasking and flexible hours
- Self-starter with solid analytical and as well as problem solving skills and an eye for detail
