Student analysts at Deloitte are expected to develop strong technical skills in the systems/technology they work with. As part of the onboarding project, you are provided with training/awareness aimed at improving your skills in this role.
This includes developing technical and behavioral skills according to the defined competencies (within the Vision framework), understanding the organization’s specific tools and methodologies, and developing skills focused on communication excellence according to Deloitte standards.
What are you going to do
We provide consulting and implementation services that provide clients with comprehensive solutions to manage their critical IT business.
As an analytics coach:
- Provide exclusive opportunities in technology consulting
- Understand job requirements
- Support the creation of technical / functional / operational documentation and maintain an effective library
- Support program design
- Build, test and deliver solutions
- Will be responsible for creating technical specifications
- Responsible for code development and unit testing
- Responsible for generating test data, creating and executing test scripts
- Support infrastructure development
- Follow established procedures and equipment when performing daily operations
Qualifications required
eligible academics
- Completion is expected in 2023
- 60% aggregate or equivalent with CGPA 6.5 and above
- No active backlogs

- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)
Informatics; Allied Computer Science Stream;

- Excellent analytical and communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
- Ability to chart careers and network within organizations
- To work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Ability to prioritize issues and raise issues/questions where appropriate
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders via face-to-face/video/teleconference/email conferences to understand global customer processes and business issues.
- Propose practical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders on implementation
- Knowledge of methods and understanding of process improvement initiatives
- Connect with subject matter experts working with Deloitte’s global clients
- Willingness to work shifts
- Ability to code in any programming language and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates will be registered as apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act through a tripartite agreement between professionals, organizations and relevant government agencies.
- Selected candidates will be on probation for 1 year from the date of joining.
