Deloitte Analyst Trainees are required to gain strong technical skills in the system/technical area in which they work.
As part of the program onboarding process, you will receive training/awareness building focused on role competency development.
This includes the development of technical and as well as behavioral skills in line with defined job levels (as per the expected framework),
understanding of organization-specific tools and as well as methodologies, and targeted communication skills building in line with Deloitte standards.
Work you’ will do
We provide consulting and implementation services and deliver comprehensive solutions that help our clients better manage mission-critical information technology.
As an Intern Analyst, you will:
- Provide technical guidance in specific areas
- Understand business requirements
- Support technical/functional/process documentation Build and as well as maintain effective libraries
- Moreover, Support application design and solution delivery
- Responsible for writing specifications
- Responsible for the development of code and as well as unit tests
- For generating test data, creating and executing test scripts
- Supporting the development of the infrastructure
- Lastly, Performing daily operations in accordance with prescribed procedures
Qualifications:
- The year of graduation should be 2023
- Aggregate 60% or equivalent CGPA of 6.5 and above
- No active backlogs
Permissible degrees and specialties
- Computer Science; Combined IT Component.
- Information Technology; All common circuits (electrical/electronic).
- Master of Technology/Engineering (M.Tech/M.E.)/5-year integrated program.
- Computer Science; Combined computer science degree program.
- Information Technology.
- Master Computer Application (MCA).
General Expectations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
- Ability to plan careers and as well as build networks within an organization
- Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team of professionals at all levels
- Task prioritization and as well as problem solving skills/asking appropriate questions
- Regular contact with stakeholders via face-to-face meetings/video conferences/conference calls/emails to understand global customer processes and business issues.
- Propose practical solutions and work with stakeholders to implement them
- Understand process improvement methodology and initiatives
- Interact with functional subject matter experts for global Deloitte clients
- Convert any project 4 to 4 code 4 to 4 code readiness 4 people in 4 languages and as well as proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Applicants will be registered as apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act through a tripartite agreement involving appropriate professionals, organizations and as well as government agencies.
- Applicants will have a probationary period of 1 year from the date of registration.
