During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
- Implement and administer Employee Benefits programs (company car fleet, medical insurance plan, etc.);
- Support & maintain existing relationships with vendors and act as a liaison between employees and vendors;
- Respond to benefits inquiries from employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries;
- Administer leave requests and create relevant reports;
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information related to personnel matters;
- Be an advocate of Deloitte’s culture and values.

Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria:
- Academic background related to Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field from a well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad;
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience as an Employee Benefits Administration or similar role in an organized HR department;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills (English & Greek);
- Excellent use of MS Office tools;
- Analytical mind, strong attention to detail, ability to manage your time properly and prioritize;
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws will be considered an asset;
- Proven ability to serve and communicate across all levels of an organization.
