Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis
- Understand the functional aspects of customer requirements.
- Working efficiently.
- Communicate work results clarifications, questions, and concerns to managers in a timely manner.
Schedule, deadlines met. - Maintains effective working (interpersonal) relationships with team members and supervisors.
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Participates in design and organization initiatives under the direction of Shipping Management.
- Ensure proper categorization and prioritization of work.
- Observe certain processes during operation.
- Provide job level updates periodically as needed. document.
- Assistance in documenting specific processes and workflows for client application projects.
- Generate reports for specific applications.
- For example, SLA KPIs report performance aspects, number of transactions processed per day,
- number of successful transactions, and so on.
Participation in Calls, Status reporting:
- Participated in the creation of weekly and monthly reports for clients.
- Understand the details of quality assurance processes and practices used on projects from a variety of sources.
- View project documentation and tutorials to explore the technology stack of the client application suite used in the client environment, as well as client-specific processes and tools such as JIRA’s Quality Center.
- Gain project-level knowledge by attending a knowledge transfer session on a project.
- Completed subject, technology, project training and certification.
