Qualification:
Education, minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder, business management
- Efficiently handle customer requests with timeliness and accuracy.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure business outcomes are achieved.
- Provide relevant customer specific explanations and information as per requests received.
- Liaise with a range of highly sensitive clients, internal groups, agency banks, custodians and other financial institutions to investigate and resolve issues related to financial discrepancies, unconfirmed trade entries, missing trade entries, missed receipts and payments and missing interest claims, incomplete KYC or compliance documents, etc.
- Assist the team with various ad hoc tasks and activities assigned to the group.
- Contribute to process improvement ideas related to productivity, accuracy and turnaround time.
- Knowledge management, review and update SOP as per agreed frequency.
- Customer relationship management, attending meetings with process owners.
- Liaise with all customer stakeholders (front desk personnel, merchants, account managers and loan officers) via phone, email and chat to ensure faster and more accurate resolution of economic and inefficient breakdowns.
- Process improvements and compliance, ensuring SOPs are continuously updated with changes.
- Perform in-process quality control checks and ensure error-free processing.
- Assist junior staff in resolving complex issues and tasks.
- Support MIS and dashboard preparation tasks.
- Provide timely notification to team leaders and managers of overdue breaks and open tasks.
- People, team, training, mentoring new employees in the process.
- Conduct cross training across teamsand processes.
- Actively participate and contribute to team initiatives,hold regular team meetings, present ideas, etc.
- Actively pursue and promote a culture of risk management within teams where issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
