Responsibilities:

Business/client:

Data Operations:

  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

For NA, medical management and benefit coding:

  • Respond to data requests and produce accurate customer reports in a timely manner.
  • Speak / communicate in a way that customers / customers can understand.
    Claims, RCM and Member Services:
  • Efficiently process a predetermined number of questions/writes with maximum accuracy approved by the client.

For RCM:

  • Increase the problem received in different groups.
  • Support team to achieve SLA and TAT related to Communication, Payments, PIA and Writing.
  • Delivering quality standards as defined by customer.

Audio operation:

  • Claims, RCM and Member Services:
  • Call and respond to customers / end users according to agreed time frames.
  • Transfer calls related to the next level of service to the appropriate department based on the instructions provided.


Project/Operation:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the procedure.
  • Prepare, submit, etc. information as defined in the SOP. complete procedure for
  • 100% adherence to transaction processing deadlines.
  • Perform compliance audits (SAS 70, SOX, Legal Audit) of all operations as outlined in operational documentation.

  • Manage, upload and assign claims/care requests to case administrators, nurse practitioners or medical examiners.
