Job Purpose

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for managing end to end recruitment within defined SLA for entry level to senior level positions for key markets in Emerging markets and European Union (EM & EU)
  • Mapping external talent through various channels for senior positions
  • Identification of recruitment partners for international countries, managing the consultant agreements and partnering with them on critical positions
  • Owner of hiring process SOP and onboarding SOP . Responsible for driving consistent employee/candidate experience across locations
  • Responsible for on boarding of employees thereby helping their smooth transition into the organisation
  • Designing of metrics, processes, and tools to measure and continuously improve the efficiency of recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Managing all recruitment and onboarding related special projects across EM& EU
  • Responsible for creating EVP and drive employer brand for attracting talent in key market

Key Stakeholders: Business teams, in-country HRBPs, Legal team
