Job Description:
As Salesforce Developer you will be part of the team supporting and developing the Salesforce application used by the International Markets Total Health & Network team.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring an intact system and configuring and adapting Salesforce to new business requirements as part of an agile BAU team

A normal day looks like this:
- Develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support key business functions and meet project goals, customer requirements, and as well as business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day support and maintenance of the Salesforce instance and execute long-term improvement efforts to ensure function, health, and compliance.
- This may include user management, creating reports and dashboards, and investigating issues.
- Analyze requirements to ensure information is complete and determine complexity.
- Ideally, leveraging standard functionality – identifying the various design options and also identifying trade-offs.
- Collaborate with other technology teams to enable interfaces between Salesforce and other systems.
- Communicate with business partners to set expectations and negotiate as needed, explain complex technical issues, and create technical documentation.
- Work with Agile team to ensure internal communication is maintained to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and leverage standard functionality where possible.
- Ensure all solutions developed are written to be maintainable, scalable, testable, and deployable.
Ideally, you will have experience with or possess:
- Hands-on Salesforce experience in the service or health cloud
- Salesforce administration and declarative development – process builders, workflow, validations, object model, security, etc
- Experience working with Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Aura/ LWC
- Integration experience with calling external REST /SOAP APIs and web services from Salesforce
- Certified Salesforce administrator
- Excellent knowledge of agile development methodologies and processes; SCRUM, CI, CD, SFDX
