JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carrier

• Provide support and service via calls, emails and tickets
• Work on offline activities provided
• Follow SOP guidelines and report unresolved issues, escalations to L2
• Ability to diagnose and analyze technical issues
• Analyze various systems and energy data to determine energy optimization potential.
• Work on projects that require data evaluation, analysis, and presentation
• Tracking and meeting commitments to customers
• Flexibility in terms of shifts and days off as needed

essential Competencies/ Primary Skills:

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for technology and customer service
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, technical and cross-functional environment
• Collaboration across teams
• Team Oriented. Ability to logically prioritize tasks and plan work accordingly

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of measurement and control systems
• Fundamentals of HVAC
• Should know electrical, semiconductors, microcontrollers
• Knowledgeable for communication systems
• Excel and PPT skills are a must

Preferred experience performing on-site projects in the following areas

• BMS & HVAC commissioning, PLC & DCS programming, energy meters/chillers/etc
• understanding of areas of energy loss
• Working with operating sequences for HVAC systems such as hot water systems, chilled water systems, AHU, FCUs, etc
• Monitor and analyze performance of HVAC equipment and operations to fine tune operations for other events.
