About The Job:
- Maintenance and Reliability Planners coordinate scheduled maintenance of plant assets and equipment according to established program guidelines.
- We are looking for individuals who have a desire to grow knowledge while providing quality work that supports organizational goals.
- In this role, you plan and prioritize your daily tasks using your knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan ahead and plan for downtime and work with more senior team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce product loss.
- Maintains custom databases to support specific work projects and processes.
- Provide a detailed plan for general maintenance work if required.
- Schedule routine maintenance and repair work to ensure adherence to basic plant maintenance procedures and practices.
- Handling major issues and issues under direct supervision and directing more complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
