Roles & Responsibilities –
The Selected candidate would be Responsible for End to End Recruitment process.
1.Writes job descriptions for needed positions.
2.In addition to, sourcing Candidates using different sources like Job Portals, Internal Database and References.
3.Screening profile , Short listing as well as Scheduling Interviews of shortlisted candidates.
4. Lastly, Onboarding Process.
Required Skills –
- Basic understanding of recruitment
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical mind and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Individual participants with team players.
