Job Description:
The developer works with analysts to develop and maintain automation tools primarily to facilitate analysis and data flow. The activities cover a broad spectrum. They include extracting, transforming, and loading data from various vendors and resources into databases while maintaining consistency across data sources.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders on data related technical issues and support their data reporting and analysis needs
- Perform data integrity, quality, and audit reviews
- Prototyping and creating dashboards involving multiple data sources
- Writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures to deliver data to business owners and applications
- Creating, publishing, and managing ETL jobs
- Data mining techniques using Analytical SQL
- Create, maintain, and optimize views and SQL queries
- Ensure accurate data is submitted to Tableau in a timely manner
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake and AZURE architecture
- You should be able to create Snowflake tasks and as well as UDF
- Should have the knowledge about time travel and also fail-safety.
Requirements: SQL Developer
- Must have the ability to multi-task and as well as organise effectively.
- Willingness to do the detailed work necessary for the success of a project.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology from a reputable university.
- 3+ years of experience in a large software development organisation or team.
- Advanced knowledge and also experience programming in SQL Server – Stored Procedures, Views and SSIS.
- Knowledge of reporting tools – Tableau Server/ Tableau Desktop/ Power BI.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and as well as ability to get things done under pressure.
- Lastly, Desire to work in a team oriented culture.
