Job Description:
Be part of the team transforming the BCG data landscape!
We are creating a centralized data lake that not only simplifies and automates the delivery of information, but also provides advanced insights and analytics to support decision making.
The Data Analyst role will become an integral part of Agile teams focused on delivering best-in-class, data-driven business intelligence.
Moreover, This role is responsible for helping to make data-driven decisions that lead to the creation and implementation of data engineering and analytics capabilities for BCG as a company.
Responsibilities:
- We deliver that business value by analyzing stakeholder needs/requests, with a focus on understanding business value and related data.
- Instead, turn this request into a task or responsibility to provide data to the product.
- Helps improve epics and stories so that data engineers have clear requirements for the job.
- Understand multiple data sources and create practical, actionable data models and data catalogs with the help of senior data analysts.
- Consequently, Expected discrepancies between priority requirements and current capabilities.
- Choose your preferred options to generate possible solutions and proceed using an agreed-upon set of design principles.
- Development of educational materials and as well as training for end users
Requirements:

- You can analyze and also decompose problem statements, discover needs,
- And apply critical and as well as creative thinking to help solve business problems and proposed solutions constructively.
- You show a natural curiosity to understand how things work and why our data and processes work the way they do. And when problems arise, there is a desire to understand the root cause.

- Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
- You will be working in an Agile environment
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize efforts accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. MBA Preferred but not required
- Good knowledge of SQL coding and understanding of data modeling.
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, Shell Scripting, Java, etc. Python preferred.
- Understanding collection, transformation and reporting tools such as Fivetran, DBT and Tableau is recommended.
- Must have knowledge of relational databases.
- You must have a basic understanding of the cloud environment.
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication skills
