Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- 1-5 years of experience in IT /Technical Recruitment with direct clients on a W2 tax basis
- Excellent A+ communication skills to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) with candidates, clients and as well as colleagues.
- Moreover, Must have excellent negotiation skills.
- Candidate must be good at creating Boolean searches.
- Candidate must be expert in sourcing candidates from job portals such as Dice, Monster, and also Career Builder, etc.
- Moreover, Must have working knowledge of ATS
- Must have a deep understanding of various tax, visa, compliance, EEO rules and as well as employment requirements.
- Morover, Must be process oriented and also knowledgeable about market trends.
- Lastly, Shift Hours: EST or PST
