Job Description:
As a senior Salesforce developer, he/she is expected to–
- Build technical solutions based on the Salesforce platform as per the blueprint
- Integrate Salesforce solutions with enterprise applications using tools and also strategies defined by the architecture teams
- He/she will perform technical process reviews and as well as technical UTs and collaborate with testing and business consultants.
- Contribute to Salesforce COE through innovation ideas, proof of concepts, etc.
- Achieve Salesforce.com certification requirements as appropriate for his/her role.
- Adhere to established development standards, guidelines and as well as methodologies
- Lastly, Ensure that the defined DevOps process is followed
Responsibilities:
- Estimating technical requirements for planning deliveries
- Plan and control own work and also that of the team
- Design/modify/code/integrate to implement requirements
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance during the change lifecycle
- Mentor a team of developers with peers and partners
- Conduct peer reviews and as well as code reviews for the team
- Provide production support as needed to ensure application is intact.
Requirements: Salesforce Developer
- Experience configuring/customising Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
- Experience with building Salesforce Lightning.
- Moreover, Experience integrating CRM/client technology/Salesforce with enterprise applications
- Understanding of various project methodologies, project lifecycles, key phases, dependencies and as well as milestones within a project, and documentation requirements needed.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and as well as verbal communication skills
Skills Required:
- Experience developing large-scale technology solutions using the nCino application
- Contribute to discussions on the design of Salesforce components
- Experience in data security and regulatory controls
- Knowledge of one or more of the Sales, Service, Community or Financial Service Cloud domains
- Possess Salesforce certifications.
