BUK & BX – All Locations
We are currently in the early stages of introducing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of their role.
We are flexible in how this works, and it may still change and evolve. Depending on the team, this typically means that colleagues spend at least 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which can be for a week, a month, or a quarter.
However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office than their role requires.
We also have a flexible working procedure where all colleagues worldwide can request working hours that suit their personal circumstances, depending on business needs.

Please discuss the details of the working arrangements for the position in question with the HR manager.
