Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Ability to interact with our recruiting managers and as well as qualify work orders
- Ability to source/identify the right candidates for the appropriate positions based on the technical skills of the resources.
- Strong experience interviewing candidates regarding their technical skills.
- Familiarity with US tax terms such as Corp-Corp (C2C), W2, 1099
- Furthermore, Good understanding of various visa statuses including H1B, OPT, EAD, L1&L2, GC, TN.
- Good resume writing skills – highlighting resume summaries, scheduling interviews, coordinating with team.
- Moreover, Good understanding of various IT technologies in the staffing industry and comprehensive understanding of how the market works, etc.
- Hardworking, good attitude and willingness to learn new things
- Lastly, Must have worked to achieve goals.
Requirements:
- Good headhunting skills using portals such as social networking sites, LinkedIn and Dice.
- Experience working with internet based job portals such as Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Works independently and with the team effectively to achieve individual, team and organizational objectives
- Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-oriented to achieve growth goals.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
