What you’ll do
Aristocrat
- Have extensive knowledge of all accounts payable processes and be able to handle level 1 inquiries.
- Significant experience using the Service Now ticketing system.
- Highly customer focused with impeccable customer service skills.
- Take ownership of escalated tickets and escalate to Level 2 support as needed.
- Evaluate ticket quality and resolve deficiencies as necessary for tickets that don’t meet the requirements of the SLA catalogue
- Regularly analyse trends in SNOW ticket requests with a view to improving overall efficiency of services and system configurations.
- Monitor AP team’s compliance with processes. Ensure that all AP team members worldwide adhere to processes and SLAs and provide regular updates to customers
- Support and maintain Concur system administration
- Ensure all AP documentation is up to date. Develop templates, forms and artefacts for end users.
- Assist with ongoing projects as needed.
- Assist with AP forums, training and education on AP processes for the business.
- Continually seek feedback by monitoring trends and providing insights for process improvements.
- Collaborate with other teams to support process improvements.
- Drive further global process alignment across teams at AP.
- Maintain AP Sharepoint as required.
- with IT on integration issues and enhancements
- with Robotics and BI to support process improvements
- Global management of UAR.
