Job Description:

  • As a Technical Specialist, you will help new customers get their device up and running and provide fast, efficient support to existing customers, building a strong, positive relationship with Apple.
  • When a customer needs help, you quickly assess their situation.
  • Sometimes you help customers with advice or an on-site solution, using your knowledge of current
  • Apple technology to help with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices.
  • Other times, you refer customers to support team members who get them up and running again.
  • You even provide in-person training for new customers, helping them gain the basic skills they need for their photo, video and music projects.

Requirements:

  • You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
