Job Description:
- As a Technical Specialist, you will help new customers get their device up and running and provide fast, efficient support to existing customers, building a strong, positive relationship with Apple.
- When a customer needs help, you quickly assess their situation.
- Sometimes you help customers with advice or an on-site solution, using your knowledge of current
- Apple technology to help with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices.
- Other times, you refer customers to support team members who get them up and running again.

Requirements:
- You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
