Most important tasks
The Associate in this role must view the video of the stowage process in a fulfillment center, thoroughly understand it, and make the best use of human judgment in combination with the tools and resources to view the activities captured in the video.
This process helps maintain the congestion quality of the fulfillment center. This is an operational role.
The candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following:

A day in the life
GO-AI associates work in a 24×7 environment with rotating shifts. Associates work a 9 hour shift, including breaks. Shift hours may change quarterly or based on business needs. If the Associate works the night shift, they will receive a night shift allowance in accordance with Amazons applicable work policies.
Weekly Time Off: Rotate two consecutive days off (this is a 5-day work week with two consecutive days off, not necessarily Saturday and Sunday) or at the discretion of the Company.
About the team
GO-AI provides human assistance to Amazon fulfillment facilities with the goal of enabling hands-free active stowage through visual annotation of videos/images. Videos of a short duration (typically between 15 and 20 seconds) are sent to GO-AI for humans to annotate with information about the products being stored in the fulfillment centers.
For business use, these videos must be thoroughly reviewed and annotated using best human judgment. The effectiveness of the automated process is enhanced by the use of videos annotated by GO-AI Associates. This process helps maintain congestion quality in the fulfillment center.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in any field of study. Strong knowledge of MS office.
- 0 – 24 months experience in any field with good reasoning skills.

- Academic background (non-engineering).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent data accuracy skills
- Eye for detail
- Strong working knowledge of MS office
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Internet and ability to set up/use laptops or desktops, and a basic understanding of tools/applications required in the day-to-day work environment.
