Job Description

Responsibilities

This is a work from home model for India CS. VCS employees are expected to work from a home office approved by Amazon during all scheduled work hours.

It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure an uninterrupted internet connection and a work-like environment at the home location so that employees can give their best in terms of productivity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any college graduate/ PG is eligible to apply
  • Fluency in Marathi language is required
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts
  • Efficient time management and ability to prioritize work to ensure productivity and departmental standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
  • Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and appropriately resolve customer issues
  • Moreover, Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Lastly, Good typing skills.
