Responsibilities
This is a work from home model for India CS. VCS employees are expected to work from a home office approved by Amazon during all scheduled work hours.
It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure an uninterrupted internet connection and a work-like environment at the home location so that employees can give their best in terms of productivity and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any college graduate/ PG is eligible to apply
- Fluency in Marathi language is required
- Should be flexible to work in shifts
- Efficient time management and ability to prioritize work to ensure productivity and departmental standards
- Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
- Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and appropriately resolve customer issues
- Moreover, Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Lastly, Good typing skills.
