Amazon Customer Service Partners are an important part of our mission to provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all Amazon customers. This important position requires action-oriented, flexible problem solving that will assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues.
Associates interact with clients mainly through mail, chat and phone, can be hired for any skill set as needed, and can use a variety of software tools to navigate client accounts, search and review policies, and find fun and quick solutions. environment

Amazon’scontact center has one goal in mind: to provide our customers with the best support experience possible. To do this, our CS Operations team is empowered and expected to think like an owner. We solve problems the first time so customers can work harder every time.
