Job Description:

Amazon customer service professionals are an important part of our mission to provide timely, accurate, and professional service to all Amazon customers.

This critical position requires flexible, action-oriented problem solving that helps customers expedite orders and resolve post-sales issues.

Employees communicate primarily with customers via mail, chat and phone, use a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and modify policies, and share effective solutions in a fun and dynamic environment.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers

  • Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
