Job Description:
This is a technical role that requires consulting and assisting clients with the implementation of Adobe Campaign solutions, as well as any technical consulting afterwards.
- The consultant must work closely with the client, understand their technical and business needs, and implement the Adobe Campaign solution in a way that maximizes the client’s value. The primary goal of the consultant is to drive the successful deployment of the solution and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will contribute to customer success by delivering innovative solutions for Adobe’s Digital Marketing Suite.
- You will develop coding best practices and solutions that integrate with the client’s current online infrastructure, including mobile apps and third party advertising efforts.
- The role involves leveraging and developing best practices for integrating Digital Marketing Products into existing websites, support and train other marketers as needed, mentor new Development Consultants, maintain documentation of solutions and integrations, provide ongoing education on new technologies and platforms that benefit the Digital Marketing Suite and implementations, and provide best-in-class solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide implementation consulting, customer assistance, and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign customers in the deployment and use of the Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):
- Working with customers to determine requirements
- Configure and design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business requirements by understanding database architecture and setting up ETL and data flows
- Moreover, Configure Adobe Campaign solution to meet client requirements, including setting up campaigns and creating web pages using scripts.
- Developing custom solutions as required and documenting them
- Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Creation of implementation plans for new and existing customers
- Knowledge transfer/training of customers on the implemented solution
- Product installations, upgrades and configuration activities
- Reporting on project execution to project management and independently managing smaller projects that do not have dedicated project managers
- Build a good working relationship with the onshore consulting team, learning and also adopting best practices from such teams globally
- Moreover, Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations
- Learn multiple Adobe digital marketing solutions and deliver cross-product enablement and integration solutions to strategic clients
- Collaborate with digital marketing consultants to provide recommendations for technical implementations of the Digital Marketing Suite
- Support other team members through mentoring and also training
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
- Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP)
- Knowledge in web technologies like HTML and CSS would be an advantage
- Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communication and documentation
- Self-starter – organized and highly motivated
- Quick thinking, ability to learn new technologies/languages
- Moreover, Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events is a plus
- Project management skills are a plus
- Ability to develop creative solutions to problems
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Furthermore, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience leading team members is a plus
