Job Description:
Medical Association located in Rolling Meadows is looking to add a HYBRID HR Coordinator to the busy HR Team! Supporting the team with full cycle Recruiting, sourcing/screening, HRIS, confidential information, reporting, etc. This role will provide training and a part-time schedule. 30 hours per week, two days in office per week. Immediate interviews.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Strong MS Office, Sharepoint and any HRIS system
- Able to work hybrid schedule and 30 hours per week
Job Duties:
- Provides general overall support to the HR team
- Assists with the recruitment and as well as interview process.
- Moreover, Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process
- Instead, Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Completes Form I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
