What would you do?
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will primarily be involved in the following tasks:
- Designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting and configuring applications based on business requirements
- Understand business drivers that impact performance and deliver software that meets those expectations
- Incorporate technology trends into solutions; participate in the development of automation solutions, new features and technologies, and their integration into existing solutions
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues and assisting customers through voice interaction/email/chat/remote support

- Flexibility to relocate to any part of India for project deployment and work 24×7 shifts depending on business requirements
Those listed below will also be preferred:
- Basic understanding of ABAP development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, performance analysis
- Experience or knowledge in configuring and customizing Salesforce.com applications
- Good working knowledge of J2EE and full stack development
- Knowledge and development experience with NET (ASP.NET/ ASP.NET MVC)
Test automation technology
- Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data
- Apply business and functional knowledge, including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to achieve overall team testing objectives
- Responsible for designing test scenarios for usability testing
- Preparation of all reports on software testing performed
- Analyzing results and then communicating observations to the development team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- All B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA and M.Sc. (CSE only, IT ) majors/branches from the classes of 2022 and 2023 who are pursuing full-time education (part-time and distance learning programs will not be considered)
o Note: MBA/PGDBM candidates are not eligible to apply for this position
- No active backlogs during the application and/or onboarding process.
- You should have completed your relevant degree (being considered for this position) within the prescribed duration of the degree. In other words, there should be no gaps in your degree progression.
o Example: you must complete your B.Tech in 4 years or your M.Tech/MSc in 2 years.
- Only your highest educational qualification will be considered
- Applicant should not have participated in an Accenture assessment/interview process in the last three months.
- Applicant should not have more than 11 months of work experience
- Applicant must either be a citizen of India or have an appropriate work permit.
- Please note that nationals of Bhutan and Nepal can work in India without having to apply for a work visa. All other foreign nationals require a work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India
- You are willing to work in any business unit/service line within the company
- You are willing to work in or relocate to any Accenture office in India
