Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations provides an integrated, seamless end-to-end solution for marketing, sales and service.

- You will need an understanding of how to apply Accenture sales processes, tools, metrics and as well as techniques to support our ambitious sales goals.
- In this role, you will support end-to-end sales and pricing processes for client account teams, leadership and other internal teams across Accenture.
- You will champion best practices and standards for sales and also pricing processes and as well as provide triage support and training for sales tools.
- Support Sales Excellence Leadership and Business Partners in driving efforts in various Sales
- Excellence service areas to drive execution of our sales processes.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and as well as standardized service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for resolving routine issues, largely on precedent and as well as general guidance
- You will be expected to interact within your own team and also with your direct supervisor
- You will receive detailed to moderate instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new tasks
- The decisions you make will have an impact on your own work
- You will make an individual contribution as part of a team, with a pre-determined, focused scope of work
- Lastly, Please note that this role may require you to work rotating shifts
