HR Partners are the single point of contact for our employees and our practice leaders at HR. We help our people thrive by building deep, personal relationships and proactively guiding them through their lives, careers and projects. We succeed in this role because we know our people and our business well.
Areas of responsibility
Priority 1: Employee Focus Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted and central point of contact for employees
- Coach and mentor employees as a regular part of their careers to promote appropriate expectations and bridge cultural differences.
- Support employees throughout the process of linking employees to projects to help them find the best internal roles that match their interests and aspirations.
- Conduct intensive, one-on-one career discussions with employees.
- The goal is to provide a highly inclusive, truly human career experience.
- Responsible for resolving issues in the areas of: Career development, engagement, compensation, training, performance delivery (performance counseling).
- Assist employees in navigating the organization and advising on broader performance and career goals.
Priority 2: Process and business support tasks
Serve as HR coaches during the performance cycle and support annual compensation reviews and variable compensation administration.
Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal and People Mobility departments to ensure compliance with local laws and practices.
- Work with business leaders to identify and also propose the right talent for development programs.
- Identify business needs for special projects aligned with the Group’s specifics and needs (engagement, attrition, change management, etc.)
