Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels Review, classify and/or remove content according to customer policies using specific tools and channels Understand and update changing customer policies and guidelines Investigate, resolve and route complex,
Resolve and escalate complex content issues to the broader trust and security team within agreed upon turnaround times and quality standards Serve as an advocate for the user community Participate in conversations about socially sensitive issues with the goal of ensuring the safety of our communities Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the quality and efficiency of work Participate in ongoing training programs and workgroup discussions to best develop in your role.

Content Moderators are a key line of defense, helping to improve the quality and safety of online content while gaining hands-on professional experience. They will add ongoing value to our clients while making a greater impact on society.
You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, video and text content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system. Content moderation is meaningful work that can sometimes be challenging.
As part of this role, individuals may come into direct or inadvertent contact with potentially offensive and sensitive content and must have a high level of resilience and coping skills.
