System and Application Services Associate

What would you do?
- App/Cloud Development
- Identify and resolve issues within applications and infrastructure.
- Resolve functional, technical and infrastructure issues for clients
- Guide customers with diverse expertise (from users to administrators and developers) in overcoming technology challenges
- Focus on driving automation, self-service, and the evolution of cloud infrastructure environments
Project control services
- Enables program management and increases the overall quality of technology delivery
- Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing Project Management Office activities
- Proactively monitor, manage, report on performance and resolve issues
- Manage multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.
Low/no-code application development
- Develop applications using a low-code development platform, setting up and configuring systems for each client’s unique needs
- Work with three key elements: Form builder, pre-built templates, visual drag-and-drop interface, entity builder
- Investigate and analyze internal business processes with the goal of optimizing and automating them
Test automation development
- Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data
- Apply business and functional knowledge, including test standards, guidelines, and test methodology to achieve overall team test objectives
- Responsible for designing test scenarios for usability testing
- Preparation of all reports on software testing performed
- Analyzing results and then communicating observations to the development team

- You are willing to work in any business unit/service line within the company
- You are willing to work in or relocate to any Accenture office in India

Eligibility Criteria:
All courses/branches of B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, B.B.S, B.F.M, B.B.I, B.A.F, B.Ed., B.M.M., B. FA, , B.S.Micr ,B. Design, M.C.M, M.Sc (Non- CS /IT), M.A, M.Com or M. FA from 2022 & 2023 graduation year with full time education only (part time and distance education courses are not considered)
- Note: BE / BTECH / ME / MTECH/MCA/ MSC (CS and IT Branch) MBA /PGDBM candidates are not eligible to apply for this position
- No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
- You should have completed your relevant studies (eligible for this post) within the prescribed duration of studies. In other words, there should be no gaps in your degree progression. Example: you must have completed your BBA in 3 years or your M.Sc. in 2 years.
- Applicant should not have appeared for an assessment/interview at Accenture Recruitment in the last three months.
- Applicant should not have more than 11 months of work experience
- must be a citizen of India or have the relevant work permit documents. Please note that nationals of Bhutan and Nepal can work in India without applying for a work visa. All other foreign nationals require a work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India
