Job Description:
You will be assigned to our customer support vertical, helping us manage and resolve customer inquiries, handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and provide the best solutions.
Moreover, You will also be responsible for closing the bugs and complaints within SLA’s.
You will work as part of the IT helpdesk team and assist with application related technical issues.
You will respond to incidents/issues reported by customers, primarily through voice interaction and through email, web tickets, and remote support.
This role is aligned with our customer service technology support team providing technical support on the use of specific systems, software and infrastructure and troubleshooting technical issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for resolving routine issues, relying largely on precedent and general guidelines
- Also, You will be expected to interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor
- You will receive detailed to moderate direction on daily work tasks and detailed direction on new tasks
- The decisions you make will have an impact on your own work
- Moreover, You will make an individual contribution as part of a team, with a pre-determined, focused scope of work
- Please note that this role may require you to work rotating shifts.
