Project Role: Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description: You will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service to identify and resolve issues within various components of critical business systems.
Management Level: 11
Work Experience : 2.5-4 years
Work Location : Hyderabad
Main Responsibilities :
Respond to user/customer escalations and initiate functional escalations and management escalations as needed Manage requests and incidents in the ITSM tool Implement changes as applicable, test changes and deliver to customer Manage incidents and infrastructure changes Required to easily transition into the role and participate in the high priority on-call group Work as a support leader and follow ITIL processes Work with teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies
Technical experience:
experience with DevOps methodologies, Pivotal Cloud Foundry Hands-on experience with Github, Jenkins, PCF, Splunk, Chef tools Experience managing infrastructure by writing code with Chef tool for automated deployment
Job Qualities:-
Good communication skills, leadership skills, ability to work in a team, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently
Additional Information: – Willingness to work 24/7 support rotation shifts
Qualifications: 15 years of full-time education
