What will you do?
Trust and security in Accenture Operations help keep the Internet safe and help platform companies accelerate, scale and grow their business. Content moderators play a critical role. Collect business experience line of defense by helping to improve the quality and safety of online content. You will always respect our customers while making a greater impact on our community.
You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, voice, video and text-based content. and/or users, research , improve, and/or solve problems reported by or flagged by the system. Given this role, individuals may be directly or intentionally exposed to challenging and emotional content and will need strong resilience and coping skills.

- Manage, categorize and disseminate content and information using specific tools and channels
- Review, classify and/or remove highly sensitive content
- Understand and update changing client policies and guidelines
- Investigate, resolve and resolve complex content issues Share more Trust and Safety team in turnarounds agreed-upon with quality standards
- Serve as an advocate for the user community
- Discuss socially sensitive topics to keep our community safe
