About the job role
-Execution of services to client across Master Data Management, Time & Attendance and Payroll.
-Effective management of compensation and benefits.
-Learning and adherence to Business Excellence methodology, preparation of all Business Excellence documents and ensuring all documents are updated in a timely manner to ensure stable process.
-Participation in projects for process improvement, value creation and automation.
-Document standard operating procedures, update documents in a timely manner, and ensure adherence to established processes.
About You
-One year of HR experience in a reputable organization is mandatory.
-salary is an added benefit.
-Any professional qualification related to HR will be an advantage.
-Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Effective oral and written communication skills is a must.
-Should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
